  2. Conservatorship Updates
    • Thompson Building Conservatorship: Motion to cure any alleged violations of the Pa. Sunshine Law by ratifying all actions taken by the authority or it's representatives concerning the Conservatorship Petition filed to docket number 1767-2024 in the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County. The ratification shall include, but not limited to, authorizing the filing of the petition, authorizing the code official of the City of Pottsville to verify the factual accuracy of the petition, authorizing the same code official and Mr. Palamar to testify on behalf of the authority, and authorizing the retention of expert witnesses to be used as witnesses, as determined by the authority solicitor. This motion is made with no admission of any Sunshine Law violation but simply to ratify all actions taken in the matter docked to 1767-2024 and to further authorize the continued prosecution of same.
