    • Resolution No. of 2026 – Approving a submission of an application for the Keystone Communities Grant in the amount of $100,000 for Phase 1 of the Pottsville Greenways Project (connector between JFK Park and the School District) and authorizing the Pottsville Area Development Corporation to submit the application for funding on the City's behalf.
    • Resolution No. of 2026 – Approving a submission of an application for grant funding for a Police Station Relocation or Rehabilitation Project, through federal Community Project Funding in the amount of $2.5 million and authorizing the Pottsville Area Development Corporation to submit the application for funding on the City's behalf.
    • Resolution No. of 2026 – Approving entering into an Agreement to purchase 400 W. Laurel Blvd., Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, being Tax Parcel 68-20-0166.000 for a purchase price of $650,000, contingent upon the City obtaining grant funding from the federal Community Project Funding in the amount of $3 million.
