  2. Request for variances by Skyler Shistle on behalf of property owner PRS Capital Ventures LLC — for the property located at 405 S. Claude A Lord Blvd, Pottsville, PA 17901, tax parcel number 68-37-0008.003, located in the C-4 zoning district. The variances requested are to Section 220-23.E.(3)(c) (sign 60 square feet maximum) and Section 220-23.E.(3)(g) (advertising sign 200 square feet maximum) of the Zoning Ordinance. Applicant requests the right to erect a double-faced, self-standing, 20-foot high advertising sign, 288 square feet on each side, or 576 square feet total.

The variances requested are to Section 220-12.C.(5) (elder-care facilities permitted in R-1 zoning district) and Section 220-22.B. Table 3 (off-street parking requirements) of the Zoning Ordinance. Applicant seeks the right to convert a single-family home to a personal group home for up to 4 residents with limited off-street parking in the R-2 zoning district.
