The variances requested are to Section 220-23.E.(3)(c) (sign 60 square feet maximum) and Section 220-23.E.(3)(g) (advertising sign 200 square feet maximum) of the Zoning Ordinance. Applicant requests the right to erect a double-faced, self-standing, 20-foot high advertising sign, 288 square feet on each side, or 576 square feet total.
